By default, with our Basic NBNTM, National Broadband Network plans you get three speeds to choose from depending on how many users you have. If our basic plans don’t meet your requirements we do have higher speed options and alternative options available, just contact Sales for details.
This plan gives you 25/10MBPS with unlimited data (typical business hours speed is 15MBPS download and 9Mbps upload. $64.00 per month. Total cost is $768 over 12 months.
This plan gives you 50/20MBPS with Unlimited data. (typical business hours speed is 49MBPS download and 17Mbps upload.) $92 per month Total cost is $1104 over 12 months.
This plan gives you 100/40Mbps with Unlimited data.Typical business hours speeds are 100MBPS download and 38MBPS Upload during business hours. $104 per month total cost is $1248.00 over 12 months.

Typical business hours speeds are available between 9AM to 5Pm Monday to Friday.
The setup fee is $10 for the annual plans. This is a once off fee.The basic NBN plans come with no termination fees for the 12 month plans. The Premium NBN plans with 4G or 5G backup and our full fibre plans require the customer to pay out the full contract.24 month plans with bundled services such as mobile plans or managed PBX phone systems also require the full contract to be paid out. The type of connectivity that is available to your business depends on the location and the technology that has been installed to service your premises, we offer FTTN, Fibre to the Node, we also offer HFC, Hybrid Fibre Coaxial or fixed Wireless or Fibre to the Premises plus Fibre to the Curb FTTC in certain areas. NBNEE Enterprise Ethernet is now available in more areas, this gives your business dedicated connectivity to the internet that is symmetrical so you get the same speed for both download and uploading content. Speeds start from 100/100Mbps and can go all the way up to 1000/1000Mbps 1GBPS. This depends on your usage, this is more aimed at corporate and enterprise customers. If you are a heavy Internet user and require dedicated connectivity talk to us about options and we can provide a quote. Pricing for NBNEE starts at $300 per month and is on a 36 month contract.
Yes, all hardware including Modems and phone handsets that you order from CPK Web Services will need to be paid for up-front, this will be a one off charge on your invoice from us.
All plans are charged per month.
Bulk discounts are available for customers with multiple services with CPK Web Services and reduced setup fees are also available when bundling multiple services such as Microsoft Teams Voice connectivity.
